She feels better now. It does no good to fight a child's natural urge to move. It's so much better for all involved if the child is allowed to act naturally and expel that energy. Now, she's calmly watching Minecraft videos. And she told me that was lots of fun. It certainly was a lot of fun to watch!

Haha, my youngest is like this. She has tons of dress up stuff and likes to mix and match and then dance/hop/jump/bop all over the room.
It gets worse if she's inside too long.
That was exactly the issue: she was inside too long. Cold, rainy days. I am going to need to start taking her to indoor play places. :)
